St. Aidan’s National School organised a whole school ‘Santa Hat Park and Stride’ this morning!!!   This was a thoroughly enjoyable exercise in the December sunshine with three clear goals for the school community: 1. Our Active Flag – Movement in walking ti school and getting valuable exercise. 2. Our Green School Flag – Encouraging our children to become global citizens and improve our carbon footprint. 3. Traffic Measures – Raising awareness about safety measures to slow down traffic passing out school every morning. Well done to everyone involved and especially to the children for remembering to wear their high visibility jackets!!
