Pupils in 4th and 5th Class attended the Cavan and Fermanagh Cross-Border Peace Cup Event today in the Cottage Meadow in Belcoo. This world cup style soccer event was organised by Community Connections (a Community Development Project Group) and involved National School pupils from West Cavan and South and West Fermanagh. Each participating school was allocated a nation from around the world. Our school represented Sweden. The main aim was to encourage team spirit, fairness skills and confidence in a safe but competitive environment. Well done to all the pupils involved!
